Adriatic Project
The Adriatic Project is the development of a 5 star hotel,
conference centre and residential scheme in Montenegro, one of the
world's fastest growing tourism markets.
The hotel will consist of 180
Wyndham branded rooms and 161 luxury residential apartments,
together covering approximately 400,000 sq ft above ground, with
approximately 100,000 sq ft below ground for car parking. A state
of the art exhibition centre located to the rear of the resort,
will be jointly developed by the Atlas group, providing suitable
space for pop concerts, basket ball matches, and other events
throughout the year.
The residential scheme will more
than likely partner with the Registry Collection to offer a luxury
residential apartment exchange programme allowing access to
numerous other hotels and apartments around the world with a
personal concierge service, utilising a points system.
The development site is in front of
the beautiful Roman town of Budva, approximately 15 minutes drive
from Tivat International Airport and about 90 minutes from
Dubrovnik in the South of Croatia.
The development site has received
zoning and planning permission has been submitted, with full
planning likely to be achieved by late summer 2011. Construction is
likely to commence in the second half of 2012 for the hotel,
residential units and expo centre.
