Montenegrin Tourism & Environmental Protection Minister,
Predrag Nenezic, has confirmed that the second round of
negotiations on the sale of Tivat's Montepranzo-Bokaprodukt -
earmarked for the construction of a coastal golf course - are on
the brink of collapse.
