Welcome to the central website for the Adriatic Project, an
overseas property development project to build a 5 star Hotel and
Residential Resort and Exhibition centre (known as the Expo Centre)
in Budva, Montenegro, located on the charming Adriatic
coastline.

A 25 year contract to manage the 5 star hotel is currently being
finalised with the world's largest hotel group, Wyndham. The new
resort development has been designed to meet the standards of
Montenegro's ambition of becoming the new Monaco of South East
Europe.
Partnerships have been created to provide construction and
design management services, to the Adriatic Project. Partners
therefore, have the opportunity to enjoy a unique blend of fixed
income returns and a contingent profit share from the 5-star hotel
and luxury residential scheme, not only throughout the development,
but also on sale of the assets.
The development site includes extensive prime beach frontage on
the non tidal Adriatic Sea coastline, in front of the beautiful
Roman town of Budva. The development will be the only 5
star beach front resort in the bay of Budva. The site
is approximately 15 minutes drive from Tivat International
Airport, 90 minutes from Dubrovnik, Croatia and 70 minutes from
Podgorica the capital city of Montenegro.
Montenegro operates the Euro as its main currency, has joined
the accession to join the European Union and is a haven for
tourists from all over the Adriatic region, as well as all parts of
Europe and Russia.
